INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA OF CLIENTS AND COUNTERPARTIES

In connection with the adoption of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (“Regulation GDPR"), we hereby inform you that as the Personal Data Administrator, we process the following personal data:


    personal data of persons who have given us consent to data processing, personal data of our Clients and Contractors with whom we have contracts, personal data of employees and representatives of our Clients and Contractors and other persons with whom we contact as part of the performance of contracts between us.

The administrator of the data referred to above is: AGREGATY SA with its registered office in Wilkowice, ul. Święciechowska 36, 64-115 Święciechowa, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court Poznań - Nowe Miasto and Wilda in Poznań, IX Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number 0000701350, NIP: 6972084720, share capital of the company: 549,000.00 PLN, paid in full.


Your personal data is processed:


    in the scope of personal data of persons who have given us consent to the processing of data - pursuant to art. 6 sec. 1 point a) of the GDPR Regulation, in the scope of personal data of our clients and contractors with whom we have contracts - pursuant to art. 6 sec. 1 point b) of the GDPR Regulation, in order to fulfill the obligations arising from the contract between us, including for the purposes of ongoing contact, as well as in connection with the possible pursuit of claims after the contract expires or the service is provided, in the scope of personal data of employees and representatives of our Clients and Contractors and other persons with whom we contact as part of the performance of contracts between us - pursuant to art. 6 sec. 1 lit. f) of the GDPR in connection with recital (47) of the GDPR, i.e. due to the legitimate interest of the Client/Counterparty understood as the provision of services under the contract concluded with the Client/Counterparty.


In addition, we point out that AGREGATY SA also processes some personal data as a processor. This applies to situations where Agregaty SA does not act for its own benefit, but for third parties, i.e. to the extent that AGREGATY SA with its registered office in Wilkowice is a subcontractor of manufacturers, providing in particular various types of services, including warranty and maintenance services on behalf of producers. Your personal data may be made available to entities processing them on our behalf, i.e. e.g. to the following categories of entities:


    law firm servicing the company, notary public, financial and accounting office servicing the company, suppliers of IT solutions. We do not transfer your data outside of Poland.


We will process your data for the duration of the contract and after its completion, until the statute of limitations for any claims arising from the contract. In the case of data entrusted on the basis of the consent granted - they will be processed until the business reasons cease and until the consent is revoked. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing of personal data carried out on the basis of previously granted consent.


You have the right to request from the administrator access to personal data, rectification, deletion or limitation of processing, as well as the right to object to the processing and the right to transfer data.


Providing data is voluntary, but necessary for the conclusion and implementation of the above. purposes.


You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory body - the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection or another competent supervisory body, if you believe that we process data unlawfully.
